How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $100: All orders over $100 ship free across Australia (excludes some bulky items and bikes - a quote will be shown at checkout for these).

Orders under $99: All orders under $100 ship for $15 (fat rate) across Australia (excludes some bulky items and bikes - a quote will be shown at checkout for these).

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post

When will my order be shipped?

Express delivery orders placed before 12pm (Adelaide time - AEST/AEDT) on a business day are usually shipped same day. All other orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends, Mondays and holidays). During busy periods there may be small delays to dispatch some orders.

Do you ship on public holidays?

No, as our shipping providers do not work on public holidays. This means we do not ship parcels on National or SA public holidays.

What does "Authority to Leave" mean?

All orders shipped by us automatically require a signature as proof of delivery. If you authorise our shipping company to leave your order unattended without signing for the delivery you do so at your own risk. Bicycle Fix and affiliated companies will not be held liable for the loss, theft or misplacement of such orders.

Can you ship Express?

We offer Express deliveries to most locations across Australia using Australia Post eParcel Express. Prices are based on the items you are ordering and your destination, so to get a quote simply add all your desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout. Enter your state and postcode to get an exact shipping cost.

If no Express quotes are shown, this could be because you are trying to purchase a bulky item which we can't ship express, or express shipping isn't an available option for your order, but if you're unsure please contact us.

Shipping Express eParcel means that your order will receive priority dispatch and priority shipping. Please note that there are potential freight delays to all deliveries regardless of shipping method due to the current COVID-19 situation. How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery times depend on where you live and the shipping method you select.

If after the estimated time your order has not arrived (noting any additional updates from the provided by Australia Post during COVID-19), or you are concerned about it's progress, we suggest that you contact the freight provider first. If you don't have any luck with them, then you please contact us and we'll try our best to get it sorted out.

Can I come and collect my order from your store?

Yes, we offer click and collect from our Woodside store.
