Bicycle Fix Beach Cruiser Give-Away
Bicycle Fix Beach Cruiser Give-Away promotion commences on 12:00PM AEST 6 December 2022 to 12:00PM 20 December 2022.
The Promotion comprises of two prizes in total. Qualifying Transaction comprises of an in-store or online purchase only.
Instructions on how to enter this competition form part of the conditions of entry. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Bicycle Fix reserves the right to cancel or change the prize offered under the Promotion if there are any changes to the law which would or might render the Promotion or any prizes offered under the Promotion unlawful.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
Individuals must make a purchase online at www.bicyclefix.com.au or in-store at Bicycle Fix Woodside during the Promotional Period. Entrants must provide contact details at point of purchase. Multiple entries are permitted however each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions:
Maximum of three (3) entries permitted per person each day.
Entry is open to South Australian residents only.
Entry to the Competition is not open to Bicycle Fix employees and/or their immediate families of the Promoter or its agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and parent/guardian must consent to these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter may require parents/guardians to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Incomplete entries qualify as entries where the above requested entry instructions have not been followed as stated.
Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late or misdirected entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches or viruses. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion. By submitting an entry, entrants warrant to the Promoter that their entry complies with the Submission Criteria. Entry is only open to eligible participants in South Australia, no entries can be made outside of South Australia.
THE PRIZE
There will be two prizes drawn and one prize per winner.
The prize pool contains Electra Beach Cruiser Step-Over, and Electra Beach Cruiser Step-Through.
No prize, entry or other feature of the Promotion can be transferred or redeemed for other goods or services. There will be two prizes drawn in total. The prize draw will take place electronically at Bicycle Fix Woodside at 01:00PM AEST 21/12/2022. The promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Prize winners will be notified personally by telephone and in writing via email communication within two (2) business days of the prize draw.
The competition results will be published online on the promoter’s social media. The prize will be fulfilled to the prize winners within fourteen (14) days of winner notification.
If a winner does not claim the prize within seven 30 days following the winner being notified, Subject to the unclaimed prize draw, the prize will be forfeited. The Promoters say is final and cannot be re-awarded after unclaimed date.
If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf. The parent or authorised guardian who claims the prize on his/her behalf must provide adequate proof(s) of identification of the prize winner and themselves prior to the claim as required by the Promoter. Adequate proofs of identification include but not limited to Photo ID, Passport, Birth Certificate, Australian Citizenship Certificate and any evidence that proves a prize winner and his/her parent or guardian relationship.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to Bicycle Fix Woodside and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Facebook, Twitter or Instagram will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an entrant, as a result of participating in the promotion (including taking/use of a prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
