Lay-by Ts & Cs
Minimum value – Lay-by is available on purchases of $100 or more.
Deposit – Each new Lay-by requires a minimum 20% deposit, or as agreed by both parties
Exclusions – Lay-by is not available for Home Delivery only (certain exemptions apply), clearance, vouchers, perishable products and products specifically excluded in- store or in promotional materials.
Term – Standard lay-by is available on a 12-week term and must be paid in full and collected by the finalisation date printed on the receipt.
Payments – Minimum fortnightly payments are required and can be paid electronically or in store
Additional Payments – In addition to the minimum fortnightly payments, you are able to make unlimited installments during your lay-by term.
Payment Methods - Permitted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, debit cards displaying a Visa or Mastercard logo and direct debit. Accepted gift cards and cash can also be used for in store Lay-bys.
Storage Fee – A storage fee may apply for items stored during Christmas trade (November and December)
Cancellation – If you cancel your Lay-by, fail to make payments when they are due, or fail to collect Lay-bys by the due date we will refund you all amounts paid, minus a restocking fee of up to 20% of the Lay-by total.
No Modification – Lay-by orders cannot be modified.
Collection – The Lay-by must be paid in full before goods can be taken.
Identification – Photo identification is required in-store when collecting your Lay-by order, changing contact details, requesting a replacement Lay-by receipt, or cancelling your Lay-by.
